Momentum Terms & Conditions
These Momentum Terms & Conditions ("Programme Terms") govern the Momentum rewards programme ("Momentum") offered by PlayFallsview (playfallsview.com), operated by MGE Digital Canada Inc. ("we", "us"). They are in addition to our Terms and Conditions and our Promotional Terms. If there is a conflict, the Terms and Conditions prevail, except where a specific Offer Term is stated to take priority.

1. About Momentum
Momentum is a loyalty programme that lets eligible players earn points on qualifying real-money play and redeem them for rewards. Participation is free and optional. Momentum is a loyalty benefit only — it does not change game outcomes, does not increase your chances of winning and does not guarantee any winnings.
2. Eligibility
- You must be a registered PlayFallsview player, 19+ and physically located in Ontario, Canada.
- Your account must be verified (KYC complete) and in good standing.
- Players who are self-excluded, who have reached a relevant responsible-gaming limit, or whose accounts are suspended or closed are not eligible to earn or redeem.
- One Momentum membership per person; it is personal to you and non-transferable.
3. Earning points
You earn Momentum points on qualifying real-money wagers. The current earn rate, the games and bet types that qualify, and any per-game weighting are published on the Promos page or within the programme. Points have no cash value, are not a deposit, are not your money and cannot be withdrawn, sold or transferred. Bonus or promotional funds may not earn points unless an Offer states otherwise.
4. Tiers & benefits
Momentum may include membership tiers reached by accumulating points over a stated period. Tier thresholds, the benefits at each tier and the qualifying period are published within the programme and may be updated. Benefits are personal to you, have no cash value and may be withdrawn or substituted where we reasonably need to. Reaching a tier never removes or overrides any responsible-gaming limit you have set.
5. Redeeming rewards
- Points may be redeemed for rewards made available within the programme, subject to availability and to the specific terms of each reward.
- Rewards that take the form of bonus funds or free play are also subject to our Promotional Terms, including any wagering requirements stated in the relevant Offer Terms.
- Redemptions are generally final and cannot be reversed once processed.
6. Expiry & inactivity
Points and tier status may expire after a period of account inactivity or at the end of a qualifying period, as published within the programme. We will make the applicable periods clear before you rely on them. We will not remove points you have validly earned without giving you reasonable notice and an opportunity to use them, except where required for legal, regulatory or security reasons.
7. Fair use
We may withhold, adjust or reclaim points, rewards and tier status, and may suspend or remove a member from Momentum, where we reasonably believe the programme has been abused — including multiple or linked accounts, collusion, irregular or risk-free wagering intended only to harvest points, fraud, or breach of our Terms and Conditions.
8. Responsible gaming
Momentum is designed to reward play you were already going to make — it should never be a reason to play more than you intend. Your responsible-gaming settings always take priority over the programme. In line with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) Registrar's Standards, we do not promote Momentum inducements to self-excluded players or to players showing indicators of gambling-related harm. 9. Changes & governing law
We may amend, suspend or withdraw Momentum or these Programme Terms. We will give reasonable advance notice of material changes and will not apply changes retroactively in a way that unfairly removes a benefit you have already validly earned. These Programme Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
