- Go to the AGCO's Find a Licensee or Registrant tool.
- Search for our operator, MGE Digital Canada Inc., or our registration number OPIG1237122.
- Confirm the registration is current and is held as an Internet Gaming Operator.
Raising a complaint — the right order
The AGCO does not resolve individual customer service disputes directly. To get your complaint dealt with as quickly as possible, please follow these steps:
- Contact us first. Most issues are resolved fastest through our Support team or at complaints@playfallsview.com. We acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and aim to respond within 10 business days.
- Independent dispute resolution (IDR). If we cannot resolve your complaint within 8 weeks, or you are not satisfied with our final response, you may escalate it to our designated independent dispute resolution provider at no cost to you.
- Contact the regulator. You may contact the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) or iGaming Ontario (iGO) at any time using the details above, including about conduct you believe breaches Ontario's gaming rules.
